J&D Manufacturing’s specialized team of ventilation engineers have created the MOST efficient venturi ever designed for a recirculation fan in the world. The one piece polyethylene housing is formed into a unique shape that actually helps draw air out of the venturi, throws air further and reduces the load on the motor and blade by up to 15%. This allows us to increase the pitch and performance without overloading the motor. With the smooth shape of the venturi, you have no corners for disease or dirt build–up and it’s extremely easy to clean. The motor and blade are supported by a heavy duty mount which is directly attached to the multi adjustment bracket. This means the poly housing is not part of the support structure like other poly housing fans. Our bracket allows you to tilt and lock the fan angle on the sides along with the ceiling multi–positioning bracket. The Poly Chiller comes standard with a unique OSHA guard which is designed to create less restriction and is spaced wide enough to resist dirt built–up.
